By placing an order with Edible Marketing LV, you agree to the following terms:

1. Custom & Made-to-Order Products
All cookies and edible products are custom-made to order.

Customization begins once full payment and order details are received.

Due to the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final and non-refundable, except in cases of a confirmed error on our part.

2. Processing Time
Standard customization time is approximately 48 hours.

Larger, bulk, or highly detailed orders may require additional processing time. Customers will be notified if extended time is needed.

3. Shipping
By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

We do not ship on weekends or holidays.

All orders are shipped via third-party carriers, including UPS, USPS, and FedEx.

Shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Edible Marketing LV is not responsible for delays, late deliveries, lost packages, or damage once the order has been transferred to the shipping carrier.

We are not responsible if an order does not arrive by a requested or expected delivery date.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.

4. Refunds, Exchanges & Cancellations
Due to the edible and customized nature of our products:

All purchases are final and non-refundable.

Exchanges are not permitted for food safety reasons.

Cancellations are only accepted within 12 hours of placing the order, provided customization has not begun.

In the rare event of a confirmed error by Edible Marketing LV, we may offer a remake or refund at our sole discretion.

5. Quality & Freshness
Each cookie is individually sealed to maintain freshness.

As all items are handmade, slight variations in color, design, and minor imperfections may occur.

We guarantee that all products are fresh and of high quality at the time they leave our facility. We are not responsible for handling conditions once shipped.

6. Allergy Notice
Our products may contain or come into contact with common allergens, including:
wheat, eggs, soy, milk, and tree nuts or peanuts (depending on bakery partners).

It is the customer’s responsibility to review all product details and ensure suitability before purchasing.

7. Customer Responsibility
By completing your order, you confirm that:

The shipping address provided is accurate and complete.

You understand and accept all processing and shipping timelines.

Risk of loss transfers to the shipping carrier once the order has been shipped.

You have read and agreed to all shop policies.

8. Image Ownership & Marketing Usage
By submitting any images, photos, or designs, you confirm that you own the rights to use them or have permission from the rightful owner.

By placing an order, you grant Edible Marketing LV permission to use submitted images and completed product photos for marketing, social media, advertising, and promotional purposes without compensation.

You release all claims related to the use of these images. Personal identifying information will never be shared.

9. Limitation of Liability
Edible Marketing LV is not liable for:

Shipping delays, late deliveries, lost or damaged packages caused by carriers.

Customer errors, including incorrect shipping information or customization details.

Allergic reactions.

Differences in personal taste, color variations, or design expectations.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the order.

10. Payment & Billing
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.
